Photobooth Hire Terms & Conditions of Booking

Terms & Conditions – Chilled Photobooths
Provider: Jason Aspinall Photography t/a Chilled Photobooths
Customer: The person or organisation booking the photo booth.
This agreement sets out the full terms between the Provider and the Customer for photo booth hire. It supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements.1. Service Period
The Provider will operate the booth for at least 80% of the hire period. Short breaks may be required for maintenance (e.g., restocking paper).
2. Payment
Deposit: £100 non-refundable to secure booking (larger deposits may apply for large or corporate events).
Balance: Due 14 days before the event.Extra Time: £75/hour; idle time £20/hour.Additional hours must be paid before service continues.3. Access, Space & Power
Booth dimensions: 2.4m x 2.4m x 2.4m (8ft cube). Minimum space required: 3m x 3m x 3m.
If the photo album add-on is booked, the Customer must provide a small table and chair.
One 13A power socket must be within 5m of the booth location.
4. Date Changes & Cancellations
Date changes must be requested in writing (email accepted) at least 30 days before the original event date and are subject to availability.
If no alternative date is available, the deposit is forfeited.Cancellation fees:
8–6 weeks before: 25% of hire price
6–4 weeks before: 50%
4–2 weeks before: 75%
Within 2 weeks: 100%
5. Equipment Damage
The Customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse by themselves or guests.
6. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to:
Indemnify the Provider against all liability relating to the event or use of images.Accept that Facebook sharing and props are complimentary extras; no refund will be given if unavailable.7. Image Use & Release
All guests consent to Jason Aspinall Photography:
Using their images (in full or part) for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes in any media.Storing email addresses for sharing purposes.Being released from liability relating to image creation, publication, or use.All rights reserved. © Jason Aspinall 2014-2025
